hey, I’m Carissa Hetrick—your certified high-impact mindset coach
I know what it feels like to look accomplished on the outside while feeling disconnected, stretched thin, or out of alignment on the inside. For nearly 20 years, I climbed the corporate ladder at P&G and Church and Dwight. I managed major brands, built a strong reputation, and balanced motherhood with boardrooms, deadlines, and back-to-back calendars.
From the outside, it looked like I had it all together.
Inside, I felt exhausted, misaligned, and unsure how to create the life and career I really wanted.
Eventually, I realized something had to change. Not the surface-level stuff. The internal identity. The way I thought. The way I led myself. The way I lived.
That shift changed everything.
